Dumbest Survey Ever!
A recent survey on WSBTV.com asks: “Should children under 2 years old be allowed to watch TV?”
This tops the list as being one of the dumbest surveys of all time. Not because of the question (though it is inexcusably lame) as much as the fact that 15% or the responders said that kids under 2 shouldn’t watch TV at all! These geniuses obviously don’t have kids or have never been around any.
And the fact that the majority say it should only be done in moderation with a parent is also pretty sad. How are adults supposed to do cool things like go to the grocery store, take vacations or have sex if they can’t trust Barney and friends to occupy their kids for at least a few hours a day!
When I was a kid, my parents locked me in a bedroom with a TV, a half gallon of kool aid and a couple boxes of captain crunch then went on a 5 day cruise and I turned out fine.
